
Promotions within the CAPZA Flex Equity Mid-Market Team

Marion de Bonneville
Before joining CAPZA in early 2021, Marion de Bonneville was Principal at Pechel in Paris since 2012. Prior to that, she worked at Nextstage as Senior Associate.
Since her arrival at CAPZA, Marion has been a key contributor to the success of several major transactions, including Wifirst, Novarc, Carso, and Epsa. Additionally, Marion is the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) lead for the team and is actively involved in implementing the decarbonization strategy for CAPZA Flex Equity Mid Market II.
As Partner, Marion will play a crucial role in the deployment and monitoring of the CAPZA Flex Equity Mid Market II fund, under the responsibility of Guillaume Basquin. She will continue to strengthen the fund’s commitment to sustainability.
Marion is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.

Nils Poinot
Nils joined CAPZA in 2022, where he played a key role in operations such as Novarc, Epsa, and Travelsoft. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital in Paris.
Nils holds a degree from ESCP Europe and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne.
