CAPZA has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a minority stake in bnetwork

CAPZA has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a minority stake in bnetwork, the European leader in accommodation solutions for large scale BtoB event organizers (trade shows, medical congresses, international summits).

 

Founded in 2005 by Stéphane Filone and Stéphane Teboul, bnetwork manages all accommodation needs for event organizers through a combination of high-quality services and advanced technological solutions. The Group supports over 130 events annually across 25 countries and provides additional services such as transportation management and restaurant reservations.

 

bnetwork combines a local presence in strategic locations (Cannes, Barcelona, Paris, London), a dense network of over 2,400 hotel partners and high-quality service highly valued by its clients, enabling them to benefit from a significant network of referrers and to hold a leading position, particularly in France and Spain.
 

The Group has a solid business model based on recurring revenues and strong visibility through its positioning in regular events, as well as multi-year contracts signed with leading clients.
 
Based in Cannes, the Group employs over a hundred people, including accommodation management experts and an experienced team of developers.
