Artemid supports FGN’s growth strategy

Artemid co-arranged the refinancing of the existing senior indebtedness to support FGN in its further growth.

Artemid co-arranged the refinancing of the existing senior indebtedness to support FGN in its external growth strategy.

Founded in 2018, Fysiogroep Nederland (‘FGN’) is a leading provider of physiotherapy and speech therapy services in the Netherlands. The Group operates a broad network of around 150 physiotherapy and 90 speech therapy practices across the country.

FGN offers a comprehensive range of standard and specialized care services, and benefits from a solid and recurring revenue base driven by agreements with health insurers. The Group is actively consolidating a fragmented market through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, positioning itself as a clear market leader.

This is Artemid’s second investment in the Benelux region, illustrating its pan-European commitment to supporting high-quality companies with solid fundamentals and strong growth trajectories.

This transaction demonstrates Artemid’s ambition to support transactions across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market, which remains central to its investment strategy.

The funds of the Artemid range are managed by the asset management company CAPZA and advised by Artemid SAS, which is a subsidiary of CAPZA and has financial investment advisor status (CIF in France). Artemid SAS is registered by the Orias under the number 14003497 since the 05/28/2014.
