Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Roman worked at Lyxor International Asset Management as a private debt analyst and completed internships in digital strategy consulting at Fifty-Five and in logistics at Instafreight.
Roman holds a Master of Science in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
