Asys announces the acquisition of m-work, a start-up focused on optimising workplace organisation and hybrid work environments.

Asys, a French software provider specialising in workforce management and planning solutions, announces the acquisition of m-work, a start-up focused on optimising workplace organisation and hybrid work environments. CAPZA, which has been partnering with the group since November 2023, is supporting this strategic milestone.
 
This acquisition marks a new step in Asys’ ambition to become a leading player in intelligent workforce planning, by combining its established industry expertise with m-work’s innovation capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence. Together, they aim to deliver an integrated platform enabling companies to better orchestrate their resources, activities, and ways of working, ultimately enhancing both operational performance and employee experience.
