CAPZA supports Tevah Systèmes in the acquisition of Servicacom

Through this operation, Tevah Systèmes Group surpasses €65 million in revenue.

Following the acquisition of Onyx Vision in August 2024, Tevah Systèmes Group, a leading distributor of electronic security products, announces the acquisition of Nancy-based Serviacom. This strategic move bolsters Tevah Systèmes’ market position in France and marks a significant milestone, pushing the Group’s revenue beyond €65 million.

Established in 2004 by Philippe Berda and led by his son David Berda since 2021, Tevah Systèmes is a key player in the import and distribution of electronic security systems. These systems include video surveillance, access control, alarms, intercoms, and networks, catering to professional installers and integrators. With robust growth, Tevah Systèmes achieved a consolidated revenue of over €57 million in 2024. To support this expansion and future logistical demands, Tevah Systèmes relocated its headquarters to Gennevilliers, near Paris, in 2024, tripling its storage capacity.

Founded 40 years ago by Éric Fauconnier and now led by his son Théo, Serviacom is renowned for its expertise in electronic security and access automation distribution. With a team of around twenty employees, Serviacom generated €8 million in revenue in 2024. Based in the Grand Est region, where Tevah Systèmes has not yet established a presence, Serviacom offers valuable geographical complementarity for the Group’s development.

This strategic acquisition aligns with Tevah Systèmes’ goal of expanding its product offerings and strengthening its territorial network. The merger is expected to generate significant synergies in terms of product range and regional coverage. Furthermore, Serviacom’s shareholders are reinvesting in the Tevah Group, demonstrating their confidence in the joint venture.

As shareholders since 2022, we are delighted to support Tevah Group in this new phase of development.

« This acquisition is a pivotal step in our growth strategy,”said David Berda, CEO of Tevah Systèmes. “With Serviacom, we fortify our market leadership and expand our geographical footprint into the Grand Est region. I am thrilled to welcome Théo Fauconnier and his team to the Group. Together, we will continue to build a leading presence in the electronic security market”.
