CAPZA acquires a stake in HR Tech Asys

Asys welcomes CAPZA as a minority shareholder as part of a primary transaction

CAPZA acquires a minority stake in Asys, a publisher of HRIS software with strong expertise in Time and Activity Management (TAM) solutions.

Founded in 2000 and led by Anne-Sophie Kieffer, Asys develops SaaS software solutions for a diversified customer base of over 1,500 private and public players, representing more than one million users. The company currently offers two solutions for digitalising HR management:

  • Chronos is a TAM solution dedicated to key accounts and public hospitals, aiming to facilitate HR and schedule management while complying with their regulatory constraints;
  • A comprehensive HRIS offering for SMEs and medium-sized businesses, composed of the Premium-RH HR suite, So’Horsys, which specialises in TM, and KissMyJob for talent recruitment.

Operating in Nantes and Lyon, Asys currently employs nearly 200 people and generates a turnover of 20 million euros. Over the past three years, the Group has achieved an average annual growth of over 20%.

With CAPZA’s support, Asys aims to accelerate its development by finalising its transition to 100% SaaS and launching new product features. The Group, which has already completed four external growth operations since its creation, wishes to carry on its momentum to acquire new software components, expand its client portfolio and initiate its international expansion.

Asys has established itself as a key player in TAM in France, and we are delighted to support Anne-Sophie Kieffer and her teams in this new phase of Asys' growth.

Asys welcomes CAPZA as a minority shareholder as part of a primary transaction, alongside Anne-Sophie Kieffer as the majority shareholder. This operation also allows the Asys management team to access the company’s capital. Senior debt has been arranged to complete the financing of the transaction.

“Asys has established itself as a key player in TAM in France, and we are delighted to support Anne-Sophie Kieffer and her teams in this new phase of Asys’ growth. We were impressed by the speed and efficiency of the Group’s transition to SaaS. The Group has gained a strong reputation with French public hospitals thanks to a highly customisable TAM solution that adapts to their complex regulatory constraints.”  Matthieu Dordolo, Partner & Head of CAPZA Growth Tech.

“We have found in CAPZA a valuable partner to accelerate our development. CAPZA teams have access to an international network and extensive expertise in our industry’s best practices, enabling us to consider strategic operations to pursue our conquest of the highly dynamic HRIS market.” – Anne-Sophie Kieffer, CEO of Asys.

This is the 6th transaction of CAPZA Growth Tech strategy, which targets high-growth and profitable European digital and tech SMEs.
