Antoine Druais joins CAPZA as Partner, bringing 19 years of experience, including 16 years in private equity and 3 years in corporate management.

Antoine joins the Flex Equity Mid-Market (FEMM) team, which operates across Europe, leveraging CAPZA’s multi-local presence in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Benelux region.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Antoine was a Partner at Montagu. He previously spent 11 years at BlackFin Capital Partners, British private equity firm, including 3 years as CEO of one of their portfolio companies.

Antoine will contribute to the further development of the FEMM strategy by bringing his in-depth knowledge of the financial services and technology industries, as well as his hands-on experience in supporting management teams, particularly during corporate transformation phases and periods of accelerated growth.

The Flex Equity Mid-Market team is composed of 13 dedicated professionals supporting mid-cap companies in executing their strategic decisions and growth ambitions, while integrating sustainability challenges – in particular, decarbonisation.

Since 2021, the team has completed 13 investments, including Wifirst, a leading B2B telecom operator specialising in professional WiFi solutions across Europe, Mayoly, a global pharmaceutical company specialised in gastroenterology and dermocosmetics, Travelsoft, a European leader in software platforms for the travel industry, and IMDEV, a French leader in medical imaging services.
