CAPZA supports Asys in the acquisition of m-work
CAPZA supports Asys, a French software provider specialising in workforce management and planning solutions, in its acquisition of m-work, a start-up focused on optimising workplace organisation and hybrid work environments. CAPZA, which partnered with the group in January 2024, is supporting this strategic milestone in its development.
This combination marks a new step in Asys’ ambition to become a leading player in intelligent workforce planning, by combining its established industry expertise with m-work’s innovation capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence and workplace organisation. Together, they aim to deliver an integrated platform enabling companies to better orchestrate their resources, activities, and ways of working, ultimately enhancing both operational performance and employee experience.
This acquisition illustrates Asys’ ambition to accelerate its development and strengthen its differentiation in a rapidly evolving market, driven by changing work patterns and increasing organisational complexity.
