Antoine Druais appointed
Co-Head of the Flex Equity Mid-Market Team
Having joined the FEMM team in June 2025 as Partner, Antoine brings nearly 20 of private equity experience. Prior to CAPZA, he served as Partner at Montagu, the British private equity firm, following nine years at BlackFin Capital Partners, where he also acted as CEO of one of the portfolio companies.
Since assuming his responsibilities alongside Guillaume Basquin, who founded the team in 2021, Antoine has played a key role in implementing the FEMM strategy. His proximity to management teams, combined with his ability to support them in structuring and accelerating their growth trajectories, stand as key strengths. He currently serves on the boards of Wifirst, European Dynamics, Myrium, and UUDS.
“Since joining the team, Antoine has successfully leveraged his expertise in private equity and corporate leadership, as well as his deep understanding of the financial services and technology sectors. The depth of his analysis, coupled with his ability to foster trusted relationships with our partners, is making a tangible impact on the development of our investment strategy,” said Guillaume Basquin, Partner – Co-Head of CAPZA Flex Equity Mid-Market.
“I am delighted to be part of a committed team that has built strong, trust-based relationships with management teams, helping them scale their businesses. Our ambition is to continue expanding the FEMM strategy through flexibility –whether in transaction types, instruments or governance– allowing us to tailor our value proposition to the needs of management teams,” commented Antoine Druais, Partner – Co-Head of CAPZA Flex Equity Mid-Market.
In 2025, the investment team completed three new transactions: European Dynamics (GovTech), Myrium (Energy Transition), and UUDS (Aerospace). The team also supported Wifirst and Travelsoft in their international expansion through two build-ups each, and completed exits of Eduservices and Novarc.
Antoine will contribute to the further development of the FEMM strategy by bringing his in-depth knowledge of the financial services and technology industries, as well as his hands-on experience in supporting management teams, particularly during corporate transformation phases and periods of accelerated growth.
The FEMM team –comprising 14 dedicated professionals– supports companies in their strategic decisions, development plans, and the integration of sustainability priorities, particularly decarbonisation. Since 2022, the FEMM II fund has invested in 8 companies, including Wifirst (Europe’s leading B2B WiFi operator), Mayoly (a global pharmaceutical laboratory specialising in gastroenterology and dermocosmetics), Travelsoft (a European leader in travel-tech software platforms), and IMDEV (a French leader in medical imaging). The Flex Equity Mid-Market strategy now represents over €1 billion.
