Olivier Thoral joined CAPZA as COO and Managing Director in 2024. In his role as COO, Olivier’s responsibility includes overseeing CAPZA’s transversal functions.
 
Olivier was previously COO for Real Estate and Infrastructure at AXA IM Alts since 2019.
 
He joined AXA IM Alts in 1999 and held the position of Global Head of Corporate Finance from 2005 until 2010. He also headed the Opportunistic Funds Business from 2009 until 2010. Then,he took the role of Head of North America from 2010 to 2016 and of Real Estate CFO between 2017 and 2018.
 
Previously, Olivier worked at Crédit Agricole Indosuez (now Crédit Agricole CIB) in the Internal Audit department.
 
He has over 25 years of industry experience.
 
Olivier graduated from HEC Paris in 1994 with a degree in business management.
