Before joining CAPZA, Maximilian was previously a Vice President in the Restructuring & Capital Solutions Group at Lazard based in Munich, where he focused on financial restructurings and recapitalizations in the German speaking region. Prior to Lazard, he worked in the European Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners in London. Before PJT Partners, he was a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell in Frankfurt. Maximilian started his career as a restructuring lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis in Munich in 2016.
 
He holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School and is qualified as a German lawyer.
