Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Lydia worked at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions as an Assistant Manager Markets and Partnerships. Before that, she completed internships at Bleu Dalcans as Sales Assistant and at Oxyl as Junior Sales.
 
Lydia holds a Master in Management Programme Grande Ecole from EM Normandie.
