Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Emmanuel managed the “Corporate Performance” practice of KPMG and Roland Berger in Paris. He has more than 20 years of experience in Strategic consulting.

Emmanuel graduated from Sciences Po. He also holds a MBA of HEC and a Master’s Degree in Law.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2019, Maxime worked 5 years in a private equity fund.

Maxime graduated from the ESSEC Group.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2019, Jeanne spent 5 years in M&A consulting at Adviso Partners and then at Nomura France.
Jeanne graduated from Université Paris Dauphine and McGill University (Montreal, Canada).

Jérôme has been investing for 25 years in SMEs, first as a Partner of the private equity firm 3i, then on behalf of family offices such as Platina Equity Solutions. Today, he advises private investors and the governance of family businesses undergoing transformation.

Jérôme graduated from HEC and started his career at Arthur Andersen Restructuring.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Alexis had multiple experiences in the private equity industry, working for 10 years as an Investment Director in the Mid Cap division at Bpifrance and 4 years as an Associate in CDC Entreprises. He started his career at EY Transaction Services from 2004 to 2007.

Alexis holds a master’s degree in management with a major in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School and a DEUG in Economics from Aix-en-Provence University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Thomas worked at EY in the M&A. Previously, he had completed various internships in private equity at UI Gestion and Perceva.

Thomas graduated from Paris Dauphine University, Master 225 – Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering.
