Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Jorge worked at 3i Group and Optima Corporate (M&A boutique). Jorge holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Axel worked at Ardian in Private Debt. Prior to that, he had a first experience at CACIB in Structured Financing. Axel graduated from HEI Lille and holds a Master in Financial Technics from ESSEC.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Audrey worked as a strategy consultant at Advancy.
Previously, she gained her first experience at BNP Paribas in acquisition financing in London.
Audrey graduated from the Ecole des Mines in Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Geert held various roles at ING Bank. From 2015 to 2021, he was an Associate Director in the leveraged finance team focusing on the Dutch mid-market and was responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management. Before that, he was Manager of the Transaction Services team.

Geert Brulot holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Arnaud worked at Ardian in Private Debt. Arnaud Carbonne holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Jérémy worked at Crédit Agricole CIB as an investment banking analyst intern and at Société Générale CIB as an equity research analyst intern.

Jérémy graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Ombeline held multiple positions as a Private Equity and Private Debt Analyst Intern at Cinven, Partners Group and Rothschild & Co – Five Arrows Principal Investments. She also worked BNP Paribas CIB in the Capital Product Team as an intern and at EY France as a Transaction Services Intern.

Ombeline holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2008, Guillaume de Jongh had an experience in mezzanine and debt financing at European Capital and WestLB in London. He was quickly promoted through the ranks to Principal in 2013, Partner in 2016 and Managing Partner in 2021. He was instrumental in building the Capza Private Debt franchise, and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the private debt strategy.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the ESSEC Business School, with admission to the Private Equity Chair.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Charles worked for 6 years at Marlborough Partners in London and then in Paris, as a Director in Debt Advisory. During his tenure, he has closed over 20+ transactions, supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies through their capital structure lifecycle. Charles started his career at Société Générale in Milan (Italy) as a Leveraged Finance Analyst.

Charles holds a master’s degree in management from IESEG Business School and a master’s degree in financial engineering from EM Lyon Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Edoardo worked for 3 years at CDP Equity in Milan, as an Investment Manager of several Private Equity investment projects. Prior to that, he worked for almost 4 years at Roland Berger as a Strategy Consultant in the Private Equity and Strategy Practices in Milan. Edoardo started his career at PwC in Milan as a Corporate Finance Analyst.
 
Edoardo holds an MSc in Business Administration and Law – Major in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University and a BSc in Business Administration – Major in Accounting from Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Jean-Marc was a Managing Director at Ardian Private Debt in Paris. He had joined the company in 2000 to work in the Venture team. Jean-Marc began his professional career in 1998 as an Investment Manager at BNP Private Equity.
Jean-Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a DESS in Finance (Aix-Marseille University).

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Marc worked in M&A at UBS Investment Bank, and in Restructuring at PWC.

Marc holds a Master’s Degree from HEC Paris in MSc International Finance.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Gino worked as an associate for ING’s leveraged finance team. After some early experience at ING Bank and Vortex Capital in Amsterdam, Gino joined ING through the corporate finance graduate program.

Gino has studied at Tilburg University, Bocconi and Maastricht University, from which he graduated with a Master’s degree.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2016, Thomas worked at Deloitte in the Transaction Services department.
Before that, Thomas had a first experience at Morgan Stanley in the M&A team in London and at Bridgepoint in Paris.
Thomas graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Guillaume worked at Crédit Agricole CIB in Leveraged Finance Mid Caps as an Origination Apprentice. Prior to that, he worked at Kartesia as a Private Debt Analyst Intern.

Guillaume holds a MSc in Investment Banking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and Financial Engineering, both from Paris-Dauphine University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Roman worked at Lyxor International Asset Management as a private debt analyst and completed internships in digital strategy consulting at Fifty-Five and in logistics at Instafreight.
Roman holds a Master of Science in Management from EM Lyon Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Filippo worked at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking as a debt markets analyst intern, in addition to other working experiences in the finance industry.

Filippo Malattia holds a Master of Science in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, she worked as an Investment Associate at Oquendo Capital. She previously worked at Deloitte, as Associate in M&A Transaction Services.

Marta holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE business school.

Avant de rejoindre CAPZA, Cécile a travaillé chez Barclays en tant qu’Analyste en Banque d’Investissement. Avant cela, elle a effectué plusieurs stages en Private equity et en M&A chez Ardian, Perella Weinberg Partners et Crédit Agricole CIB.

Cécile est titulaire d’un Master Global Economic Transformation & Technology de l’UC Berkeley et de l’EDHEC Business School, ainsi que d’une double licence en Droit et en Gestion Financière de l’Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2016, Oriane worked at Rothschild & Cie where she was VP in the Financing Advisory team.
Before that, she was working within BNP Paribas’ structured finance department.
Oriane graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2015, José Tomás joined and refounded iNova Capital, in 2000 he founded and led Diana Capital a medium size private equity firm.
Before that, he spent 13 years at BBVA and he developed his career in the area of Investment Banking and Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity.

José Tomás holds a degree in Economics from the UCM and an MBA from IESE.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Francisco had a first experience in Investment Banking at AZ Capital and in Private Equity at Alantra in Madrid.
Francisco holds a degree in Business Administration from IE University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Maureen worked at CIC Private Debt as an Investment Associate dedicated to Mezzanine and Unitranche investments. She previously worked at Société Générale CIB in Milan, and she completed an internship at Clearwater International.
Maureen holds the “Master 225” specializing in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from University Paris IX Dauphine.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Xavier spent three years in the Valuation Advisory team of Duff & Phelps in Paris. Xavier is a graduate of the “Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris” and EM Lyon.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Cédric had a a first experience in M&A at HSBC Paris and in Leveraged Finance at Credit Suisse in London.
Cédric is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, David was a Senior Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at ING based in Frankfurt, where he focused on structuring and underwriting LBOs, refinancings, recapitalization for financial sponsors in the German speaking region. David started his career in 2010 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory team at Macquarie in London. He holds a first-class MSc degree from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc from Nuertingen-Geislingen University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Bertram was Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group since 2007.
Bertram started his career in 1995 as a Credit Officer for the French subsidiary of HVB/Vereinsbank Group, and became Managing Director in 1998, in charge of managing the LBO portfolio.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Stefano advised international investment houses on their Italian and European projects.
Previously, he was chosen by the French investor Siparex to launch their Italian private equity activities, before becoming Head of the Private Equity division of the Crédit Agricole Group.
He began his career as a manager for General Electric, where he participated in numerous M&A and private equity transactions within the GE Capital division.
Stefano graduated in Economics in Rome and specialized in Finance at the London Business School.
