Prior to joining CAPZA in 2006 as a senior associate, Benoit gained initial experience in the Corporate Banking department of Crédit Lyonnais in London and EPF Partners (APAX small caps). He became Principal in 2008, Director in 2010, Partner in 2014 and Managing Partner in 2021. Benoit was instrumental in building the Flex Equity Franchise and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the Flex Equity strategy.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Gino worked as an associate for ING’s leveraged finance team. After some early experience at ING Bank and Vortex Capital in Amsterdam, Gino joined ING through the corporate finance graduate program.
Gino has studied at Tilburg University, Bocconi and Maastricht University, from which he graduated with a Master’s degree.

Prior to founding CAPZA in 2004, Christophe was Managing Director at ABN AMRO CAPITAL France since 1998. He previously took part in the creation of the EPF Partners fund in 1995. Christophe started his career at 3i France, which he joined in 1987, becoming an Associate Director and then Management Committee member in 1992.
Christophe graduated from Sciences Po Paris in 1984 and holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago. -

Before that, Thomas had a first experience at Morgan Stanley in the M&A team in London and at Bridgepoint in Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Filippo worked at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking as a debt markets analyst intern, in addition to other working experiences in the finance industry.
Filippo Malattia holds a Master of Science in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University.

Victoire holds a Master’s degree in financial engineering from EM LYON Business School and graduated from Dauphine. -
Stefano ZavattaroMilanPartner, Head of Italy
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Stefano advised international investment houses on their Italian and European projects.
Previously, he was chosen by the French investor Siparex to launch their Italian private equity activities, before becoming Head of the Private Equity division of the Crédit Agricole Group.
He began his career as a manager for General Electric, where he participated in numerous M&A and private equity transactions within the GE Capital division.
Stefano graduated in Economics in Rome and specialized in Finance at the London Business School.
