    David holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from ESTACA and a Master’s Degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School.

    Prior to joining CAPZA as a full-time employee, Gabriel was a former intern in the Artemid Team. Before that, Gabriel worked at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking as a Credit Analyst Mid & Large Cap and at PwC Entrepreneurs as a Junior Financial Auditor Intern.

     

    Gabriel holds a MSc 224 in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organization, both from Paris-Dauphine University.

    Prior to joining Artemid in 2016, Constantin worked at Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France’s Structured Finance Department.
    Constantin began his career as a M&A advisor at Crédit Agricole CIB and then at Goetz Partners Corporate Finance.
    Constantin holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management Control from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

    Pascal Poupelle began his professional life in the French administration, where he was closely involved in the development of Airbus Industrie and the European civil aviation industry. At Crédit Lyonnais, he managed the aircraft financing business in Paris for four years and then spent seven years in New York, where he developed the trading activities and managed the broker-dealer, before managing all Crédit Lyonnais activities in the United States. He joined the Executive Committee of Crédit Lyonnais in 2001 as Global Head of CIB Client Relations and then participated in the creation of Calyon. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer when he joined Dexia in 2008 as part of the rescue plan: he was for two years Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dexia Crédit local. In 2011, Pascal Poupelle took responsibility for the activities of the Royal Bank of Scotland in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

    Graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, he was Chief Engineer of the Civil Aviation and is a former auditor of the IHEDN.

    Cyril began his career in the Coverage and then Strategic and Acquisition Financing departments of Société Générale. After an experience at Ardian Private Debt, he joined the investment bank Aforge Degroof Finance in 2011 where he was mainly involved in small & mid cap M&A transactions. He joined Artemid in 2014. Cyril holds a Master’s degree in Investment Banking and Markets from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

    Prior to joining CAPZA in 2015, Annie-Laure headed the CACIB corporate structured finance and LBO team, and before that she was Co-Head of the CACIB ETI LBO team.
    Annie-Laure began her career at the Roullier group in 1992, where she held treasury responsibilities at the Timac subsidiary and then at the CFPR holding company.
    In 2001, she joined Calyon as Senior Banker and then as Head of Structured Finance and LBOs from 2007 to 2009.
    Annie-Laure holds a DESS in Corporate Finance from the University of Rennes.

    Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Chloé worked for more than a year at Eight Advisory as a Restructuring Analyst. Before that, she worked as a Leverage Finance Analyst intern at ING and gained knowledge of the Private Equity and Debt market working for Bpifrance Investment and La Financière Patrimoniale as an analyst intern.

    Chloé holds a master’s degree in finance from EM Lyon Business School and a Bachelor in International Business from NEOMA Business School.
