Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Guillaume was a Partner at 3i in Paris since 2006. Previously, he worked at PwC Transaction Services and in Leverage Finance at Société Générale in New York. Guillaume gratuated from ENSAM and ESCP.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Thibault was a Principal at Creadev since 2017. Before that, he was an Associate at AXIO Capital.
Thibault is a graduate of Audencia.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Marion worked as a Principal at Pechel in Paris since 2012. Before that, she worked at NextStage as an Associate. Marion is a graduate of ESSEC.

Before joining CAPZA, Roxane worked for almost 4 years at Gimv as an Associate and participated to several deals on various sectors. She also completed internships in Private Equity at Ardian Growth and Parquest Capital, as well as in M&A at Natixis Partners.
 
Roxane holds a degree from EDHEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Antoine was an Associate at Argos Wityu since 2017. He started his private equity career at Astorg, and also has M&A experience at Linkers.
Antoine holds a master’s degree from Paris Dauphine in Corporate finance and Financial Engineering (Master 225).

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Mary worked for almost 3 years at Natixis Partners as an M&A Analyst, taking part in the execution of various mandates for Private Equity firms. Prior to this experience, Mary developed strong knowledge in M&A working as an Intern at Natixis Partners and Kepler Cheuvreux in Paris.

Mary holds a master’s degree in management from ESCP Business School.

Thomas joined CAPZA in 2023, following an internship within CAPZA’s Flex Equity Mid-Market Team. Before that, Thomas worked in Meaning Capital Partners as a Private Equity Analyst Intern for one year. Prior to this experience, Thomas developed strong financial knowledge working as an M&A Analyst Intern in Scalene Partners and Howden M&A.

Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Mathieu worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild in Paris. Prior to that, he completed several internships in Private Equity, notably at Ardian and UI Investissement.
 
Mathieu is a graduate of the Grande Ecole programme at EM Grenoble and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, he worked as an Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital in Paris. He had previously completed internships at Deutsche Bank, HIG Capital and Canaccord Genuity.

Nils is graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a Magister of Finance from Paris 1 Pantheon – Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Jess worked as an Investment Director at Omnes Capital in Paris. His experience includes investments in the healthcare, business services and consulting sectors.

From 2011 to 2015, he worked in M&A at Morgan Stanley in Paris and London.

Jess is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master degree from HEC Paris.
