CAPZA Transition supports Komvida’s Growth Plans

CAPZA supports Komvida, a Spanish leader in the manufacture and distribution of Kombucha beverage (probiotic bio drink rich in antioxidants and vitamins which presents various health benefits).

Founded in 2017 by two best friends and successful entrepreneurs, Beatriz Magro and Nuria Morales, Komvida is a Spanish company based in Frenegal de la Sierra (Extremadura, South of Spain), specialized in the manufacture and distribution of Kombucha beverage: a probiotic drink, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, folic acid and other nutrients presented as a healthy alternative to sodas and sugary drinks. Komvida homemade sodas are 100% organic, with no added sugars, gluten free, vegan and unpasteurized.

Bea and Nuria started Komvida in the basement of their home in their native town of Fregenal de la Sierra. They left their job to embark on this project with the aim of improving people’s well-being. Komvida intends to favor local suppliers and hires locally. Over the last years, the company has become an undisputable leader with 70% market share in Spain, selling both online and offline, and is expected to pursue its steady development with international expansion in the coming years.

Beatriz and Nuria are committed to creating healthy products while promoting local production, and we are proud to support them in this new chapter of Komvida’s development.
