Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023 as an analyst, Lou did an internship with the Growth Tech team, where she gained knowledge of strategy and the industry. Prior to that, she completed two internships at BNP Paribas as a Data Scientist and at Barber Hauler Capital Advisers as an M&A Analyst.

Lou holds a master’s degree in finance and strategy from Sciences Po Paris as well as a master’s degree in Financial and Statistical Engineering from the University of Paris-Dauphine PSL.
