Previously, she gained her first experience at BNP Paribas in acquisition financing in London.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Guillaume was a Partner at 3i in Paris since 2006. Previously, he worked at PwC Transaction Services and in Leverage Finance at Société Générale in New York. Guillaume gratuated from ENSAM and ESCP.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Fanny worked at Albéa as a Junior HR Business Partner as a former apprentice and as a full-time employee. Before that, she worked at MBDA as an HR Assistant Apprentice.

Fanny holds a Master’s Degree on MBA Humans Resources Management from MBA ESG, a European Master’s in Human Resources Management from ENACO Excellence and a Professional Degree in HRM professions from University of Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Fabien was a Partner at TCR Capital, a company he joined in 2008 as an Associate. He started his professional career in 2004, in the team dedicated to structured finance at Crédit Lyonnais.
Fabien is a graduate of the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble and EM Lyon.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Lucie worked as an analyst at Athos Partners, a Private Equity placement agent. Lucie graduated from EDHEC Business School.

From 2015 to 2021, he was an Associate Director in the leveraged finance team focusing on the Dutch mid-market and was responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management. Before that, he was Manager of the Transaction Services team.

Geert Brulot holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2006 as a senior associate, Benoit gained initial experience in the Corporate Banking department of Crédit Lyonnais in London and EPF Partners (APAX small caps). He became Principal in 2008, Director in 2010, Partner in 2014 and Managing Partner in 2021. Benoit was instrumental in building the Flex Equity Franchise and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the Flex Equity strategy.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Alvaro spent 6 years in the business development team of Alantra Asset Management where he was involved in the fundraising and investor relations activities. Before that, he worked in the Sales and Business Development team for the Iberian region at HSBC Global Asset Management.

Alvaro holds an MSc in Business Consulting and a BSc in Finance and Accounting from the University Carlos III of Madrid.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Idriss completed several internships with valuation and M&A teams, notably at Ledouble, Alvarez & Marsal, Gimar & Co and Arcéane. Idriss also worked as a Financial Analyst at Decameron New Horizon.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Hans worked as a fund operations analyst at Tikehau Capital. Before that, he worked as a financial controller at Idinvest Partners between 2015 and 2018.
Hans Cueff is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Commerce (ISC) in Paris, specializing in finance.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Jean-Luc was Managing Partner of Time for Growth, an investment company he co-founded in 2009. Before that, Jean-Luc worked at Arthur D Little as Partner in charge of the TMT department. Jean-Luc teaches at ParisTech and Paris la Sorbonne. He is a graduate of ENSTA ParisTech and also co-founded a digital entrepreneur club in Paris region, “Meudon Valley”.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Erica worked at UBS in Tokyo, London, and Singapore as Institutional Sales. She covered institutional investors in Asia and Europe in both Equities Advisory and FX Prime Brokerage.

Erica holds a master’s degree in International Marketing and Business Development from Skema Business School in Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Keio University in Tokyo.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Ombeline held multiple positions as a Private Equity and Private Debt Analyst Intern at Cinven, Partners Group and Rothschild & Co – Five Arrows Principal Investments. She also worked BNP Paribas CIB in the Capital Product Team as an intern and at EY France as a Transaction Services Intern.

Ombeline holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Henri was President of Time for Growth, an investment company he co-founded in 2009. Before that, Henri occupied several senior executive positions, including Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, CEO of Sony Music France, Vice President Europe of Sony Software and Managing Director of Club Méditerranée. Henri also co-founded the “Actuel” newspaper and the radio stations “Chérie FM” and “Radio Nova”, and was Vice-President at Arthur D. Little, where he worked for four years. Henri is a graduate of HEC, Sciences Po and Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Marion worked as a Principal at Pechel in Paris since 2012. Before that, she worked at NextStage as an Associate. Marion is a graduate of ESSEC.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2008, Guillaume de Jongh had an experience in mezzanine and debt financing at European Capital and WestLB in London. He was quickly promoted through the ranks to Principal in 2013, Partner in 2016 and Managing Partner in 2021. He was instrumental in building the Capza Private Debt franchise, and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the private debt strategy.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the ESSEC Business School, with admission to the Private Equity Chair.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2005, Bénédicte was CFO at BBS Finance. Prior to that, she was involved in the implementation of information systems at CDC Marchés.

Bénédicte obtained a degree in International Management from MBA Institute in Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Astrid worked at Comgest (independent asset manager) for 7 years as the Head of the Human Resources Department. Prior to that, Astrid had multiple experiences in the asset management, consulting and corporate industries, working as Head and Manager of the HR Department at BNP Paribas, Ineum Consulting (ex Deloitte) and RATP.

Astrid holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources “Audit and HR Management” from Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris and a Literature Degree from Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining CAPZA as a full-time employee in 2024, Solenn was a former intern in the Sustainability and Impact department. Solenn had multiple experiences in ESG and CSR aspects, she worked at Luxembourg International Bank in the Sustainability Team and at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance in Paris as a CSR Project Manager intern to implement the Ministry’s ecological transition.
 
Solenn holds a Master’s degree from SKEMA Business School with a specialization in Sustainable Finance and Fintech.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Charles worked for 6 years at Marlborough Partners in London and then in Paris, as a Director in Debt Advisory. During his tenure, he has closed over 20+ transactions, supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies through their capital structure lifecycle. Charles started his career at Société Générale in Milan (Italy) as a Leveraged Finance Analyst.

Charles holds a master’s degree in management from IESEG Business School and a master’s degree in financial engineering from EM Lyon Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Timothée began his career in 2017 at La Française Group, first as a RFP Manager specialised in Real Estate and then in Securities.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Matthieu was a Partner at Raise. Previously, Matthieu held various positions in the new technologies industry, including at Microsoft and was a professor at Paris Dauphine University. Matthieu is a graduate of SUPINFO.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Clara worked at Azulis Capital as a Private Equity Analyst Intern. Before that, she worked at Bredin Prat as an Intern in the M&A Litigation Department and Gide Loyrette Nouel as an Intern in the M&A Department.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2019, Hasnaa worked at Ardian as a Finance Officer, responsible for the financial and operational management of MidMarket funds. Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Sara worked in multiple branches at BNP Paribas (Asset Management, Corporate and Institutional Banking and Leasing Solutions) as a Legal Counsel in the legal and tax department.

Jérôme has been investing for 25 years in SMEs, first as a Partner of the private equity firm 3i, then on behalf of family offices such as Platina Equity Solutions. Today, he advises private investors and the governance of family businesses undergoing transformation.

Jérôme graduated from HEC and started his career at Arthur Andersen Restructuring.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Gino worked as an associate for ING’s leveraged finance team. After some early experience at ING Bank and Vortex Capital in Amsterdam, Gino joined ING through the corporate finance graduate program.

Gino has studied at Tilburg University, Bocconi and Maastricht University, from which he graduated with a Master’s degree.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Louise was an Investment Manager at Ardian Growth, which she joined in 2017 as an Associate. Louise started her career at Deloitte, in the M&A Transaction Services department.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Aurélien worked for the health data protection in various hospitals and clinics in France. Prior to that, he gained experiences in Thales and Numéricable-SFR Group.

Aurélien holds an engineering degree from ESIEE, specializing in cybersecurity and the Internet of Things.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Mariama worked 6 years at Axio Capital as a Principal, which she joined in 2016. Before that she started her career at NextStage AM and at BTP Capital Investissement, as analyst.

Mariama graduated from both Neoma Business School and University Pantheon Sorbonne Paris 1 and she holds Master’s degrees in International Corporate Finance l and in Corporate Treasury.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Pierre-Charles worked for 3 years at Tikehau Investment Management as a Senior Fund Counsel, having an active role in the structuring of investment funds. Throughout its career, he developed a strong expertise in Fund Structuring within all legal forms and all jurisdictions. Pierre-Charles is a member of the Paris Bar and have been working for 10 years in different UK and US lawfirms (SJ Berwin, King & Wood Mallesond, Goodwin Procter).

Pierre-Charles holds a master’s degree in international and European litigation and a specialized master’s in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA as a full-time employee, Gabriel was a former intern in the Artemid Team. Before that, Gabriel worked at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking as a Credit Analyst Mid & Large Cap and at PwC Entrepreneurs as a Junior Financial Auditor Intern.

Gabriel holds a MSc 224 in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organization, both from Paris-Dauphine University.

Prior to founding CAPZA in 2004, Christophe was Managing Director at ABN AMRO CAPITAL France since 1998. He previously took part in the creation of the EPF Partners fund in 1995. Christophe started his career at 3i France, which he joined in 1987, becoming an Associate Director and then Management Committee member in 1992.
Christophe graduated from Sciences Po Paris in 1984 and holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.

Prior to joining Artemid in 2016, Constantin worked at Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France’s Structured Finance Department.
Constantin began his career as a M&A advisor at Crédit Agricole CIB and then at Goetz Partners Corporate Finance.
Constantin holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management Control from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023 as an analyst, Lou did an internship with the Growth Tech team, where she gained knowledge of strategy and the industry. Prior to that, she completed two internships at BNP Paribas as a Data Scientist and at Barber Hauler Capital Advisers as an M&A Analyst.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2015, José Tomás joined and refounded iNova Capital, in 2000 he founded and led Diana Capital a medium size private equity firm.
Before that, he spent 13 years at BBVA and he developed his career in the area of Investment Banking and Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity.

José Tomás holds a degree in Economics from the UCM and an MBA from IESE.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Mélanie worked as Planning Officer for 4 years at Deloitte in the London and Paris offices.
 
Mélanie holds a Bachelor of Science from London Metropolitan University.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Erwan worked as a Private Debt Analyst Intern at idiCo. He also worked as an intern on the Debt & Capital Advisory team at Deloitte France and as a Junior Investment Officer at Anaxago.
Erwan holds a Master’s in Management from the IESEG School of Management and a Master’s in Corporate Finance and Banking from EDHEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Pierre worked at Deloitte as a Financial Auditor. Before that, he worked at Emerson A&C as a Financial Consultant for clients on the listing market (CAC40/SBF120).

Pierre holds a Master’s Degree in Audit-Corporate Finance and a Diploma in Accounting, Management and Finance from Toulouse Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Alexandra worked in Antin Infrastructure, Candriam and iM Global Partner as Group Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Alexandra had multiple experiences in the brokerage, asset management and private equity industry, working as a compliance officer in Credit Agricole, Exane and Societe Generale. All along her career she gained strong experience in the compliance and risks management and invested herself in the development of market best practices through an international career and the co-writing of a book dedicated to AML.

Alexandra holds a Master’s degree from Neoma Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023 as a full-time employee, Inès was a former intern in CAPZA’s Risk and Compliance department. Inès also worked as an intern at Mazars as a Compliance Officer.

Inès holds a Ms degree from EM Lyon Business School in International Management Law, a University degree in European Business Law and a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from Nancy University.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Baptiste worked as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at CVC Capital Partners. He also worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern and at BNP Paribas as an M&A Analyst Intern.

Baptiste holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Geoffrey worked at NetLogic as an IT and Cybersecurity Officer and at SARM Conseil as a Technical Architect in Computer and Networking.

Geoffrey holds a BTS, a Bachelor and a Master’s degree from INSTA Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Francisco had a first experience in Investment Banking at AZ Capital and in Private Equity at Alantra in Madrid.
Francisco holds a degree in Business Administration from IE University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Maureen worked at CIC Private Debt as an Investment Associate dedicated to Mezzanine and Unitranche investments. She previously worked at Société Générale CIB in Milan, and she completed an internship at Clearwater International.
Maureen holds the “Master 225” specializing in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from University Paris IX Dauphine.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, he worked as an Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital in Paris. He had previously completed internships at Deutsche Bank, HIG Capital and Canaccord Genuity.

Nils is graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a Magister of Finance from Paris 1 Pantheon – Sorbonne University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021 as full-time employee, Sebastian was a former intern in the marketing-product team. Before that, he was an intern at Amundi Asset Management, where he worked as a Fixed Income Investment Specialist. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia in Finance and Foreign Affairs.

Pascal Poupelle began his professional life in the French administration, where he was closely involved in the development of Airbus Industrie and the European civil aviation industry. At Crédit Lyonnais, he managed the aircraft financing business in Paris for four years and then spent seven years in New York, where he developed the trading activities and managed the broker-dealer, before managing all Crédit Lyonnais activities in the United States. He joined the Executive Committee of Crédit Lyonnais in 2001 as Global Head of CIB Client Relations and then participated in the creation of Calyon. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer when he joined Dexia in 2008 as part of the rescue plan: he was for two years Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dexia Crédit local. In 2011, Pascal Poupelle took responsibility for the activities of the Royal Bank of Scotland in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, he was Chief Engineer of the Civil Aviation and is a former auditor of the IHEDN.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2005, Maxence gained initial experience in the Finance Department of Cascade Direct Inc, in Portland (USA). He was quickly promoted to the rank of Principal in 2013, Director in 2014, Partner in 2016 and Managing Partner in 2021.
Maxence was instrumental in building the Flex Equity Franchise and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the Flex Equity strategy.
Maxence holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Market Finance from ESPEME Business School (EDHEC Group, Lille France).

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Louis worked at Paul Hasting LLP and De Pardieu, Brocas & Maffei as a Legal Associate in the acquisitions and fund financings (LBO & Corporate) and advising borrowers, lenders and private equity funds. Prior to that, he also worked as a Legal Counsel in Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

Louis holds a Master’s in Banking and Financial Law, another one in Business Law and an MBA in Management and Administration from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Valérie was executive assistant for managers and members of Directive Committees (including Cadum, FNAC, Sanofi…). Before, she started her career in international consulting (Business France, Embassies abroad).

Valérie has a second degree in international trade (ESC Troyes).

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Xavier spent three years in the Valuation Advisory team of Duff & Phelps in Paris. Xavier is a graduate of the “Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris” and EM Lyon.

Cyril began his career in the Coverage and then Strategic and Acquisition Financing departments of Société Générale. After an experience at Ardian Private Debt, he joined the investment bank Aforge Degroof Finance in 2011 where he was mainly involved in small & mid cap M&A transactions. He joined Artemid in 2014. Cyril holds a Master’s degree in Investment Banking and Markets from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Cédric had a a first experience in M&A at HSBC Paris and in Leveraged Finance at Credit Suisse in London.
Cédric is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Yasser worked at Amethis – Edmond de Rothschild PE as a Sustainability & Impact Analyst Intern, performing ESG analysis of deal opportunities and accompanying portfolio companies in implementing their Environmental & Social engagements. He also worked as a financial engineering apprentice at Crédit Agricole.

Yasser holds a Master’s in Economics from Aix Marseille School of Economics and a Master’s in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Marseille.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Alexander worked at Kartesia in the investor relations team in Munich and for Portfolio Advisors in Zurich in the Client Solutions team. He also worked at Barings in London in institutional sales for Germany and Austria and at Commerzbank AG in Corporate Banking, both in London and Germany.

Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Financial Services from Cooperative State University Loerrach.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, David was a Senior Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at ING based in Frankfurt, where he focused on structuring and underwriting LBOs, refinancings, recapitalization for financial sponsors in the German speaking region. David started his career in 2010 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory team at Macquarie in London. He holds a first-class MSc degree from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc from Nuertingen-Geislingen University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Bertram was Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group since 2007.
Bertram started his career in 1995 as a Credit Officer for the French subsidiary of HVB/Vereinsbank Group, and became Managing Director in 1998, in charge of managing the LBO portfolio.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2015, Annie-Laure headed the CACIB corporate structured finance and LBO team, and before that she was Co-Head of the CACIB ETI LBO team.
Annie-Laure began her career at the Roullier group in 1992, where she held treasury responsibilities at the Timac subsidiary and then at the CFPR holding company.
In 2001, she joined Calyon as Senior Banker and then as Head of Structured Finance and LBOs from 2007 to 2009.
Annie-Laure holds a DESS in Corporate Finance from the University of Rennes.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Chloé worked for more than a year at Eight Advisory as a Restructuring Analyst. Before that, she worked as a Leverage Finance Analyst intern at ING and gained knowledge of the Private Equity and Debt market working for Bpifrance Investment and La Financière Patrimoniale as an analyst intern.

Chloé holds a master’s degree in finance from EM Lyon Business School and a Bachelor in International Business from NEOMA Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Tana worked at EY as a Senior Manager. Tana also worked at The World Bank as a Financial Analyst. He worked in the European Central Bank as a Research Analyst.

Tana Vong holds a MBA from HEC Paris, he’s also a CFA Charterholder and has a Master of Science in Finance from Toulouse 1 Capitole University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Jess worked as an Investment Director at Omnes Capital in Paris. His experience includes investments in the healthcare, business services and consulting sectors.

From 2011 to 2015, he worked in M&A at Morgan Stanley in Paris and London.

Jess is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master degree from HEC Paris.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2018, Yang worked at Cathay Capital Private Equity as a middle officer of Midcap Funds.
Yang began her career at CACEIS, depository bank of the Credit Agricole Group, in 2013. She started as a Data Administrator, then as a Fund Accountant, later after as a Middle Officer and Business Support of private equity funds.
Yang holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Banking from NEOMA Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Stefano advised international investment houses on their Italian and European projects.
Previously, he was chosen by the French investor Siparex to launch their Italian private equity activities, before becoming Head of the Private Equity division of the Crédit Agricole Group.
He began his career as a manager for General Electric, where he participated in numerous M&A and private equity transactions within the GE Capital division.
Stefano graduated in Economics in Rome and specialized in Finance at the London Business School.
