Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Pierre-Charles worked for 3 years at Tikehau Investment Management as a Senior Fund Counsel, having an active role in the structuring of investment funds. Throughout its career, he developed a strong expertise in Fund Structuring within all legal forms and all jurisdictions. Pierre-Charles is a member of the Paris Bar and have been working for 10 years in different UK and US lawfirms (SJ Berwin, King & Wood Mallesond, Goodwin Procter).

Pierre-Charles holds a master’s degree in international and European litigation and a specialized master’s in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School.
