Fabiana joined Capza as Head of Valuation and Portfolio Monitoring for Private Debt in 2026. Prior to this, she served as Vice President at Duff & Phelps within the Portfolio Valuation department, leading independent valuations of private equity and debt investments (including senior and subordinated loans, convertible notes, distressed, and illiquid assets) for funds and institutional investors.

  
Before that, she worked as an Impact Investment Analyst at IVO Capital Partners, where she structured and originated private debt transactions (venture and mezzanine) in Latin America. She launched her professional journey in investment banking, working for BNP Paribas and BBVA.
  
Fabiana holds a Master’s in Management from NEOMA Business School in Rouen and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Foreign Affairs from Externado University of Colombia in Bogotá.
