Before joining CAPZA in 2025, Hugo gained valuable experience within the firm: first as an Analyst within the Sustainability & Impact team, and later as a Private Equity Analyst intern within the Flex Equity Mid‑Market (FEMM) team. Previously, he also completed internships at Saint‑Gobain as a Strategy & Finance Analyst intern and at Ramsay Santé in management control.

 
Hugo holds a Master’s degree from EDHEC Business School with a specialisation in Strategy and Corporate Finance.
