CAPZA announces the arrival of Oriane Benveniste Profichet as a Partner in the Growth Tech team.

Oriane Benveniste Profichet joins a dedicated team of 9 professionals, managed by Matthieu Dordolo, Head of CAPZA Growth Tech and David Hoppenot, Founding Partner of CAPZA who brings his expertise to the team. CAPZA Growth Tech’s ambition is to contribute to the development of a dynamic tech ecosystem in Europe and to support all sectors’ digital transformation.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Oriane was Senior Director at Cambon Partners, where she worked on more than 40 deals in various tech sectors: BtoB services, digital, data, marketing, software, Deeptech and E-commerce. She will bring to the Growth Tech team her experience in assisting fast-growing tech companies in their M&A and fundraising operations.

CAPZA Growth Tech targets high-growth and profitable European digital and tech SMEs. The Fund mainly targets minority investments as a lead investor alongside the management teams to ensure an alignment of interests.

The Fund also benefits from an ESG approach specialized on the issues of the tech sector, including value sharing, talent retention, employer brand development and environmental footprint.

CAPZA Growth Tech has invested in 5 companies: Neox (software solutions dedicated to opticians and hearing aid practitioners), Advens (cybersecurity), AssessFirst (a growing SaaS platform for predictive recruitment), Xenocs (deep tech) and Web Geo Services (publisher of an API platform intelligent geolocation).
