CAPZA launches an AI training program
Artificial intelligence is now part of our daily lives, but do we really know how to use it effectively and responsibly? To make the keys to AI accessible to everyone, CAPZA is launching an AI training program, starting with a webinar open to all employees of its portfolio companies.
As active investors, we are convinced that it is essential to support companies and their employees in environmental and digital transformations. Our goal is to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges of these transitions while helping to reduce inequalities in access to digital and sustainability skills.
Artificial Intelligence represents a major strategic lever for companies, both to optimize their productivity and processes and to adapt their employees to technological and ESG transitions. However, few players still master the power and risks associated with these new tools.
As an extension of its commitment to creating sustainable value and providing operational support to its portfolio companies, CAPZA has launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI) awareness program to support its companies in their digital transformation.
The first step of this program materialized in an AI-dedicated webinar, organized on April 9th in partnership with Koïno, a platform specialized in supporting AI projects in Data, IT, and Digital.
This dynamic and interactive format, intended for all employees of companies supported by CAPZA, aims to demystify artificial intelligence. The objective is to make it accessible and provide concrete usage keys, applicable in both professional and personal spheres.
“We are convinced that AI represents a strategic lever to improve productivity, optimize processes, accelerate technology adoption, and integrate sustainability challenges. As a committed investor, our role is to support our portfolio companies in adopting these tools to promote sustainable and responsible growth,” states Maxence Radix, CEO of CAPZA.
