Geert BrulotAmsterdamDirector Benelux
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Geert held various roles at ING Bank. From 2015 to 2021, he was an Associate Director in the leveraged finance team focusing on the Dutch mid-market and was responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management. Before that, he was Manager of the Transaction Services team.
Geert Brulot holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Ombeline DanjouxParisAnalyst
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2024, Ombeline held multiple positions as a Private Equity and Private Debt Analyst Intern at Cinven, Partners Group and Rothschild & Co – Five Arrows Principal Investments. She also worked BNP Paribas CIB in the Capital Product Team as an intern and at EY France as a Transaction Services Intern.
Ombeline holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sorbonne University.

Guillaume de JonghParisManaging Partner, Co-Head Private Debt
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2008, Guillaume de Jongh had an experience in mezzanine and debt financing at European Capital and WestLB in London. He was quickly promoted through the ranks to Principal in 2013, Partner in 2016 and Managing Partner in 2021. He was instrumental in building the Capza Private Debt franchise, and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the private debt strategy.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the ESSEC Business School, with admission to the Private Equity Chair. -
Charles DeveveyParisPrincipal
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Charles worked for 6 years at Marlborough Partners in London and then in Paris, as a Director in Debt Advisory. During his tenure, he has closed over 20+ transactions, supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies through their capital structure lifecycle. Charles started his career at Société Générale in Milan (Italy) as a Leveraged Finance Analyst.
Charles holds a master’s degree in management from IESEG Business School and a master’s degree in financial engineering from EM Lyon Business School.

Edoardo FerrariMilanSenior Associate
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Edoardo worked for 3 years at CDP Equity in Milan, as an Investment Manager of several Private Equity investment projects. Prior to that, he worked for almost 4 years at Roland Berger as a Strategy Consultant in the Private Equity and Strategy Practices in Milan. Edoardo started his career at PwC in Milan as a Corporate Finance Analyst.
Edoardo holds an MSc in Business Administration and Law – Major in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University and a BSc in Business Administration – Major in Accounting from Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University. -
Jean-Marc FiammaParisPartnerCo-Head Private Debt
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Jean-Marc was a Managing Director at Ardian Private Debt in Paris. He had joined the company in 2000 to work in the Venture team. Jean-Marc began his professional career in 1998 as an Investment Manager at BNP Private Equity.
Jean-Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a DESS in Finance (Aix-Marseille University). -

Gino GraffAmsterdamSenior Associate
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Gino worked as an associate for ING’s leveraged finance team. After some early experience at ING Bank and Vortex Capital in Amsterdam, Gino joined ING through the corporate finance graduate program.
Gino has studied at Tilburg University, Bocconi and Maastricht University, from which he graduated with a Master’s degree.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Guillaume worked at Crédit Agricole CIB in Leveraged Finance Mid Caps as an Origination Apprentice. Prior to that, he worked at Kartesia as a Private Debt Analyst Intern.
Guillaume holds a MSc in Investment Banking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and Financial Engineering, both from Paris-Dauphine University.

Prior to joining CAPZA, Arno worked at Siparex in the Midcap and French Nuclear Funds and at EMZ Partners as a Private Equity Analyst Intern, he also worked at Sodica Millésime – CACIB as an M&A Analyst Intern.
Arno holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, Timothée had multiple experiences in Venture Capital and Private Debt funds, working at Insurtech Capital and Amundi Private Debt as an analyst. Prior to that, he carried out a strategy consulting mission for Atos in India and did advising for M&A, VC and ICO operations at Orrick Rambaud Martel.
Timothée Le Page holds a Master’s degree in management (MiM) from HEC Paris, a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2020, Maureen worked at CIC Private Debt as an Investment Associate dedicated to Mezzanine and Unitranche investments. She previously worked at Société Générale CIB in Milan, and she completed an internship at Clearwater International.
Maureen holds the “Master 225” specializing in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from University Paris IX Dauphine. -

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2022, David was a Senior Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at ING based in Frankfurt, where he focused on structuring and underwriting LBOs, refinancings, recapitalization for financial sponsors in the German speaking region. David started his career in 2010 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory team at Macquarie in London. He holds a first-class MSc degree from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc from Nuertingen-Geislingen University.

Prior to joining CAPZA in 2017, Bertram was Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group since 2007.
Bertram started his career in 1995 as a Credit Officer for the French subsidiary of HVB/Vereinsbank Group, and became Managing Director in 1998, in charge of managing the LBO portfolio. -
Stefano ZavattaroMilanPartner, Head of Italy
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Stefano advised international investment houses on their Italian and European projects.
Previously, he was chosen by the French investor Siparex to launch their Italian private equity activities, before becoming Head of the Private Equity division of the Crédit Agricole Group.
He began his career as a manager for General Electric, where he participated in numerous M&A and private equity transactions within the GE Capital division.
Stefano graduated in Economics in Rome and specialized in Finance at the London Business School.
