Artemid completes first deal in Italy
Founded in 2005, BV Tech is a leading Italian provider of cybersecurity and ICT services, specializing in cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and digital trust for both private and public sector clients.
The company serves over 650 clients through 20+ offices in Italy and international subsidiaries, with a strong focus on recurring revenues, client retention, and expertise in regulated sectors such as defense, energy, finance, and healthcare.
Through this transaction, Artemid is participating in the financing as part of PX3 Partners’ investment in BV Tech in partnership with the founder and CEO Raffaele Boccardo.
This is Artemid’s first investment in Italy, reinforcing its pan-European strategy to support high-quality companies with solid fundamentals and clear growth ambitions, demonstrating its commitment to transactions across Europe.
The funds of the Artemid range are managed by the asset management company CAPZA and advised by Artemid SAS, which is a subsidiary of CAPZA and has financial investment advisor status (CIF in France). Artemid SAS is registered by the Orias under the number 14003497 since the 05/28/2014.
