Prior to joining CAPZA, Lydia worked at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions as an Assistant Manager Markets and Partnerships. Before that, she worked at Bleu Dalcans as Sales Assistant Intern and at Oxyl as Junior Sales Intern.

Lydia holds a Master in Management Programme Grande Ecole from EM Normandie.
